The study adopted both descriptive and explanatory research design. Secondary data obtained from published annual reports were used in the study to compute returns on assets and equity for the relevant years. The model specification of the study comprised of soil type, Fertilizer type used, and crop performance. The data collected were analyzed using multivariate analysis tools and frequency table. The major findings of the study reviewed that there is a significant relationship of 0.939 between fertilizer type and crop performance, Also the study result show that there is a significant relationship of 0.946 between soil type and crop yield or performance. And there is a significant relationship of 0.968 between soil type , fertilizer type and crop yield or performance.
